Terms and conditions

In short: Visualibro sells digital study guides in PDF format. When you buy one, you get a personal licence to read it on your own devices. Prices are shown with their currency before payment, payment is processed by Stripe, the file is delivered by email, and you can ask for a refund within 30 days with a reason.

1. Who we are

Visualibro is a trading name of e-Mentors Company LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its address at 30 North Gould Street, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Visualibro", "we", "us"). You can reach us at hola@visualibro.com.

These terms apply to visualibro.com and to every Visualibro store on its subdomains. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Products

We sell illustrated study guides and related add-ons as digital files in PDF format. Each product page describes the subject, language, contents and approximate page count. Product details and availability may change; the description shown at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.

Our guides are educational material prepared to help you study. They are not official syllabi or exam papers, do not guarantee any exam result, and do not replace professional training, medical, legal or technical advice.

3. Prices, currency and payment

Prices are displayed on each store with the currency written out (for example, USD, EUR or GBP). The price shown next to the product and at checkout is the one you pay, plus any applicable taxes shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe") through its secure payment form embedded in our checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, and other methods Stripe may offer in your country.
Your card details are entered in Stripe's secure form and are not transmitted to or stored on Visualibro's servers. Stripe is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider.
The charge on your statement will show the descriptor VISUALIBRO.
Every purchase is a one-time payment. We do not sell subscriptions or recurring charges.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered electronically. Once Stripe confirms the payment, we email a download link to the address you entered at checkout. If the email does not arrive, write to hola@visualibro.com with your order number and we will resend it. See the refund and delivery policy for details.

5. Promotions and discounts

From time to time we may offer discounts, launch prices or bundles. Their conditions are shown next to the offer. Unless stated otherwise, a promotion is valid only while it is displayed on the store, applies to the products it names, and cannot be combined with other discounts or applied to past orders.

6. Licence and permitted use

When you buy a guide you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download it and read it on devices you own, for your own study. You may not:

share, resell, rent, publish or distribute the file or its contents, in whole or in part;
remove any notice of authorship or ownership;
use the contents to create derivative products for sale.

All guides, illustrations, texts and the Visualibro name are owned by e-Mentors Company LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. We may deactivate download links that are used in breach of this section.

7. Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing us your order number and the reason. The full policy, including how refunds are paid, is in the refund and delivery policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Information you provide

To process an order we need a valid email address and the information requested at checkout. You are responsible for giving us accurate details; we deliver to the email address you enter. How we handle your personal data is explained in our privacy policy.

9. Legal and export restrictions

We do not sell to persons or entities, or in countries or territories, that are subject to sanctions or embargoes under the laws of the United States, the European Union or the United Kingdom. We do not guarantee that our products are appropriate or available in every location.

10. No warranties

Our products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty, express or implied, about their fitness for a particular purpose, their accuracy or completeness, or the results you may obtain from them. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer protection laws grant you and that cannot be waived.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, e-Mentors Company LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. If you have a complaint, write to us first at hola@visualibro.com; we try to resolve every issue directly.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply to orders placed after that date.
